As a performer, collaborator, and creator, I look for an honest connection to what's happening in the world. Whether this comes from a visceral response in my gut, a memory that holds an emotional resonance, or the molecules of energy around me, it is important to me to be truthful (to my experiences) in the movement and expression I evoke.
